Professor Bellace’s research currently focuses on international human rights, comparative analysis of regulation of employment and the labor market, and corporate social responsibility.  Working Papers   Advancing the Same Goals on Two Fronts: The ILO Declaration of Fundamental Rights and the UN Global Compact (April 2012) Modernisation of Labour: National Regulatory Frameworks from the Industrial Age Confront a Globalized Economy (March 2012) Work in Progress  Work has begun on a book for SAGE publications, tentatively titled “Handbook of International and Comparative Employee Relations.” Co-authors are Russell Lansbury and Nick Wailes of the University of Sydney, and Mia Ronnmar of the University of Lund. Research is in progress on a law review article with the working title, “Age Discrimination: The ADEA – Failed Promise or Flawed Concept?”
