Over the course of her career at Penn,
Professor Bellace has taught various courses in the Legal Studies and
Business Ethics Department and in the Department of Management, including
the introductory foundation courses in business law, and courses in the
area of labor and employment law, negotiations, labor relations and human
resource management. She has taught at undergraduate, MBA and doctoral
level.
Most recently she has focused on international
human rights law and the challenges this poses for global business,
teaching of LGST 224/524, International Human Rights Law and
Globalization.
With Professor Henry Teune,
she spearheaded the effort that led to the establishment
of the Graduate Certificate
in Interdisciplinary Study in Global Human Rights at Penn.
From 1986-1996, she co -taught with Professor
Clyde Summers the seminar in comparative labor law at the University of
Pennsylvania Law School.
